My Nest Properties is a brand new brokerage that tasked 784 to design their entire brand from the ground up. This included the logo, print collateral, and even the soon to be website.

My nest wanted a modern, sophisticated, and high-end feel that catered to the young professional demographic. Eye-catching marketing and design was high on their list of needs for their company. You will see the use of the lime green brand color, square shape, and box accents used throughout the design to create cohesion. Definitely looking forward to creating more pieces.
