Seaside Executives is an independent real estate brokerage in Encinitas, CA. The owners, Mark & Carrie Browne wanted a very specific look: contemporary with a beach feel. Carrie had seen this bench with a distressed-like wood and that was the basis for the entire design. We worked on a color scheme and font set that would match the feel and it went on from there. The entire brand is unique to them and unlike anything else in the industry in their area. This makes them stand out from the rest. When you see their brochure, you know instantly who they are.
