First Team Real Estate is an orange county based real estate firm, owned by Christie’s International, that has a corporate style to all of their marketing. My client Laurel Roberts, one of their agents, needed some flyers, graphics, and postcards done for a new listing of hers. I wanted to keep it very simple, with clean lines, tons of white space, and with the same corporate feel as the main company itself. I used the two branding colors of the parent company as well as the main font. I used a lighter secondary font to compliment the strong bold main font.
